You’ll have at least 10 days to complete your tech setup pre-work, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth collaboration. This includes an in-depth intake form and uploading all required branding assets—such as client contract copy, client questionnaire copy, booking packet copy, logos, images, and brand colors.
All of this is easily managed in your Project Portal, setting your Weekend Collab up for seamless execution and success.
This 60-minute call is designed to set the foundation for your success.
In the first phase, we’ll outline your goals, review your tech needs, and ensure there are no loose ends. The second phase focuses on mapping out your ideal automation sequence for the one specific service you identified in your pre-work.
This call is essential for a smooth and efficient weekend implementation.
Your Weekend Collab is a focused, two-day implementation dedicated to setting up your tech.
Friday, I get all the boring details and info built into your tech. I don’t need feedback for these items as the info was collected from your intake form.
On Saturday, you'll need to be available during a prediscussed 3-hour window via my chat system to answer questions, review progress, and provide feedback. If you’re unresponsive, I will move forward refining the final details using my best judgment, and no changes can be made after your allotted time.
On Monday, you’ll receive your training materials, and your support period will officially begin.
Every Weekend Collab includes a personalized training video, delivered on Monday, walking you through your new setup.
You’ll also receive 7 days of support ticket access to answer any questions about your system. Please note: This support period is for questions only—any revisions or additional tweaks must be addressed during your Saturday review window.
Start using your system when you clock in the following Monday.

A VIP Weekend covers setting up the entire client process for one specific service—from the first inquiry to the final delivery. For example, if you offer wedding photography and family sessions, each would count as a separate service because they need their own forms, emails, and workflows. You can book individual VIP days later if you want additional automation for other services.
Totally get it. That’s why I offer 7 days of post-intensive support to help you adjust and get comfortable with your new setup. During this time you can ask questions about my work and I will support you with answers.
Pre-work is key. By completing the prep steps, we’ll set ourselves up for success. The more responsive you are during the VIP Weekend, the more I can accomplish—think of us as the dynamic duo of productivity.
No sweat! You only need to dedicate 3 hours on Saturday morning during the weekend process. While you’re busy doing what you do best, I’ll tackle the behind-the-scenes magic that doesn’t need your input.
Once the weekend is complete, I will message you videos or info during the support period to help you navigate issues, changes, etc. If you would like me to go in and make changes to your tech, you must book an additional VIP Day.
